At Interactive Digital Marketing, we're passionate about championing diversity and innovation within the creative industries. This commitment was instrumental in our successful collaboration with Soho House and Creative Futures Collective.

The Soho Mentorship Program is an annual 16-week program that connects Soho House members with creatives in their city, to grow their connections, confidence and experience - helping provide a route for them to access their chosen creative field. This program runs in Austin, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Oxfordshire, Amsterdam, Toronto, Berlin, Mumbai and Hong Kong.

Our team spearheaded the launch of Soho House Austin's program for underrepresented creative talent. Working directly with the CEO and serving as Austin's first Relationship Manager, through extensive interviews and a rigorous selection process, we identified and connected rising stars within the Soho House community.

Over 2023 and 2024, we managed a program for 100 mentors and mentees. This included fostering relationships, facilitating impactful events, and overseeing all program elements.

Our team conceptualized and produced seven strategic events – workshops, mixers, and a culminating showcase – to elevate the cohort's talent. Workshops for mentors focused on promoting inclusive practices and amplifying diverse voices.

We also developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program efficiency. The program culminated in a final showcase highlighting the cohort's diverse talents to influential members and potential investors.
